Sollissime is the taste of Chardonnay vineyards from the sixties as they express themselves in our terroir in Soulières in a single year. This lively champagne displays a multitude of bubbles that mirrors the ethereal elegance of a blanc de blancs yet is balanced by power in the mouth due to the age of the vines.
After four years spent in the cave, here is a champagne to fit your moment of bliss if your idea of fun and relaxation is two glasses on a table followed by a shared thrill of tasting together. You may want to stretch the moment with another glass and for instance add some Asian-inspired food that combines ingredients of rather mild tastes.
To extend the journey, Sollissime will be released in several lots, all dosed according to the current development of this delicious champagne. You will find precise information on the back label and in the fact sheet.
