The 2014 vintage of Solliphere mirrors its year with a harmonious balance between sweetness and moderate acidity. It is a blanc de blancs of 100% Chardonnay grapes from Loisy-en-Brie.

The 2017 vintage of Solliphere is a fresh and rather dry champagne with fine bubbles and a classic blanc de blancs style, made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from Loisy-en-Brie.
